The 19-year-old Leeds-based artist, known as DT, has been gaining attention over the last few months through her self-released tracks. This musing on platonic love and the awkwardness of getting the wrong idea is her best yet. It’s a sweet, gentle cut that shows off her airy voice over calm accompaniments. “It’s about when you meet someone new, and they’re really lovely and you both get along really well, with the exception of one thing - both having opposite ends of the stick.
